We provide service and maintenance contracts in both domestic and commercial sectors, from swimming pools to sauna and steam rooms, air handling units, UV and sanitisation equipment.

We have a specialist team of in-house engineers who are trained in all the key responsibilities required in maintaining the quality and operational performance of all features. At Aqua Platinum Projects we would first conduct an in-depth survey of your swimming pool and plant equipment prior to offering a service so we can assess and best advise what would need to be replaced (if required) with highly competitive weekly, fortnightly and monthly packages are available to suit your requirements.
Our service and maintenance options include:
Emergency call-outs: If you require urgent help, our engineers can provide an emergency call-out service, which includes a temporary fix if necessary. We will attend your site within 24 hours of the problem being reported, excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays
Non-urgent call-out service: This service is for fault-finding, breakdowns and non-urgent repairs outside of regular visits. Our priority is to get your pool and equipment working again as quickly as possible.
Regular maintenance contracts: Following a site survey, our contracts are specifically designed to suit your maintenance needs and budget.
Recommissioning: We recommission pools at the start of the season by removing and storing covers, reassembling all equipment, topping up pool water levels and performing checks and cleanses to ensure your pool is fully ready to use over the season.
Decommissioning: We can winterise and decommission your swimming pool at the end of the season by fitting pool covers, cleaning and lowering pool chemical levels to ensure your pool remains sanitised over the winter period.
