Roedean Crescent is located in the London Borough of Wandsworth, in close proximity to Richmond Park. The park is the largest of London’s Royal Parks, and is of national and international importance for wildlife conservation, listed as Grade I on the register of Historic Parks and Gardens. It is also neighbouring Beverly Brook, a little river which flows from Worcester Park and runs into the River Thames in Barnes.
Aqua Platinum were appointed as the indoor swimming pool designers, including a spa, within a beautiful residential property in Roedean Crescent. The swimming pool shell will be constructed by reinforced sprayed concrete, and finished in a high quality mosaic tile. A set of steps will lead you down into the pool depths, which declines from 1.1m to 1.9m at the far side. 100mm of insulation will be followed by 200mm of concrete, 20mm rendering, 3mm tanking, and a 6mm tile and bed.
