In Partnership with Pantelli Associates, we had the opportunity to design and build a luxurious basement leisure complex in Park Crescent West, a high profile development in Marylebone. With project completion expected in 2019, this on-going development will see the Grade I building converted into 76 residences, including 5 star facilities and private lawns.
Between the arms of the crescent, there is a charming private garden which is recognised as having significant historic interest. It is also home to a bronze statue of Queen Victoria’s father, Prince Edward, installed in early 1824 and representing the Duke in his Field Marshals uniform. The gardens are opened once a year as part of the London’s Open Garden Squares Weekend, invented by the London’s Park and Gardens Trust.
