The evening’s awards served as a validation of our commitment to crafting unparalleled swimming pool, spa and wellness experiences.

This annual event stands as the pinnacle of recognition in the sector, drawing in numerous contenders and thousands of online votes, all rigorously assessed by an independent panel of judges.

One of the highlights of Aqua Platinum’s success is the award for Outstanding Technical Swimming Pool Design for a private client project at Hampstead House. The accolade underscores Aqua Platinum’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of technical excellence, delivering a bespoke swimming pool design that marries functionality with aesthetics.

Pool Contractor of the Year 2024

One of the highlights of Aqua Platinum’s success is being crowned winner of Swimming Pool Contractor of the Year for the third time. Since the last Pool & Spa Awards and under our new tenure Dominic Searle (Managing Director) Aqua Platinum Projects have had the most prestigious year to date working tirelessly to secure high profile projects in and around London. 

Last year we finalised our works on one of the most notable projects ever to be built in London. We were awarded the construction package for two 25m long pools, two vitality pools and eight thermal cabins, for a contract worth over £2.5 million at The Peninsula, London. The project gave us another opportunity to expand our portfolio in one of the city’s most esteemed areas, in the heart of Belgravia. The facility has been a labour of love for Aqua Platinum, delivering innovative build solutions along with the highest level of finishes. The scheme showcases impeccable design from top to bottom, providing perfect harmony with the surrounding heritage buildings.

Aqua Platinum Projects are delighted to be awarded the build contract for a multi-million-pound contract at the prestigious development in South Audley Street, 1 Mayfair. The project is located within the Mayfair Conservation Area and will see the development of a seven-story apartment block which is set to be the world’s most expensive and luxurious apartment building.  

The next year for Aqua Platinum is looking set to be the biggest yet for us, with another high-profile project that will push our design & technical boundaries to their limits. Our pipeline is healthy and with our new clear vision for the future, Aqua Platinum will strive to become the luxury pool and wellness provider in the UK.

Marketing Initiative of the Year – Aqua Platinum Projects Website

We are delighted to share the newly launched Aqua Platinum website. We have been working tirelessly over the past 6 months to develop a completely brand-new website that has involved months of market research and development. We have undertaken months of research on our current site to learn more about the current markets in the swimming pool industry and where we need to be to take Aqua Platinum to the next stage.

We have always had positive feedback on our current website however, we really wanted to develop something that sets us apart from our competitors. We have invested in producing all new promotional videos and header videos on each of the pages within the website. We have invested in interview videos with staff to make the website more personal to clients when visiting the website.

The technical elements of the website have been developed to simplify the website, encouraging calls to action from users and clients. The feedback from our current site is that it can be hard to navigate so we have eradicated this by changing the menu layout, and having our three pillars of service, design, build and aftercare laid out on the homepage.

Residential Indoor Pool of the Year (Over £175,000)

Aqua Platinum Projects has proudly completed its latest residential masterpiece in Londons, Bishop Avenue. This exceptional project not only exemplifies Aqua Platinum’s commitment to excellence but also introduces a stunning array of aquatic features that redefine modern luxury living.

The project features a 12m x 5m indoor pool with an overhanging coping detail, a stainless-steel neck cannon, an integrated counter-current system, and a slatted cover.

One of the standout features of this aquatic marvel is the incorporation of a contrasting feature tile that adds depth and character to the pool area. The meticulous selection of this feature tile not only enhances the visual appeal of the space but also creates a harmonious blend with the surrounding design elements. It’s a testament to Aqua Platinum’s attention to detail and dedication to creating spaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally superior.

Luxury Pool of the Year: Bishops Avenue

We are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the Luxury Pool of the Year 2024 for a private client located in a highly coveted area of London. Our client embraced limitless possibilities in the design of their basement swimming pool, spa, and wellness area.

The opulent pool features Sici tiles enriched with genuine gold leaf, making it a striking centerpiece. Aqua Platinum Projects was also entrusted with the design and construction of the wellness area, which includes an expansive bespoke hammam steam room, alongside a luxurious sauna separated by a glass partition.

This project allowed Aqua Platinum to showcase our creativity while collaborating closely with the client to understand their vision and transform this into reality.

One Piece Pool of the Year: Arnwood Outdoor Swimming Pool

Aqua Platinum Projects is excited to showcase our recently completed, One pool, outdoor swimming pool for a private client in the New Forest, Hampshire. The Arnwood project features a 14m outdoor swimming pool, making it one of the largest One pools we have designed and installed.

Due to the pool’s size, the outdoor swimming pool was craned over the client’s house in four pieces and then joined together on-site. We constructed a retaining wall with a concrete base to fulfil the client’s design requirements, the pool also features layer cake steps adorned with luxury mosaic tiles.

Additionally, the outdoor swimming pool includes a fully automatic slatted cover for temperature resistance and UV protection. The plant room is equipped with automatic dosing, Waterco Hydrostom filtration pumps, Bowmans heat exchanger, and sanitisation equipment.
