Working to keep our staff and customers safe

In these unique times, at Aqua Platinum Projects we have adapted our working practices to continue transforming our client’s visions to reality. We take great pride in the work that we undertake, and know that now, more than ever, having something to look forward to makes all the difference. The safety of our staff and customer’s is our top priority, and below are a number of changes we have introduced to ensure that we can continue to support customers safely, and with minimal disruption;

• Telephone and Video Consultations
• Online desktop surveys to assess initial project considerations
• Desktop design reviews
• Staff working from home wherever possible
• Construction teams and Project Managers wearing PPE on site and undertaking regular Covid-19 testing
• All non-essential meetings via video conferencing to prevent unnecessary travel and footfall within our office
• Regular communications with our supply partners to ensure we are up to date on lead times and programmes

We are continually monitoring the situation to ensure that our procedures are in keeping with current guidelines, and that we are doing everything we can to help prevent the spread of Covid-19. We would like to express our thanks to our employees who are continuing to go above and beyond during this pandemic, and would also like to thank all the key workers across the country, who are making an enormous contribution to keep everyone safe.
