Aqua Platinum Projects are delighted to share the recent completion of Kings Road Park, a new luxury development in Fulham. Working with high-end property developers, The Berkeley Group, St William, Aqua Platinum were instructed to design and build the resident’s basement amenities.

The world-class resident facilities include a 25m swimming pool, vitality pool with stainless-steel neck cannons, powerful back massagers and curved benches, a steam room finished in granite large format tiles and a bespoke sauna overlooking the pool, experience showers, a gymnasium and studios, treatments rooms, 24hour concierge, cinema rooms, games room and a virtual golf room.

The high-end specification deck-level, 25m swimming pool includes lane demarcation to help the residents’ swimmers to define their lanes whilst swimming, gold-coated stainless-steel handrails and ladders into the pool. The pool hall is fitted with luxury striped day beds and loungers, the ultimate place for residents to relax and escape the city.

The state-of-the-art filtration systems are run from two plant rooms, one for the pool and one for the vitality room and thermal rooms due to the large scale of the project. The pools have been designed to be energy efficient with the latest plant equipment. Our servicing team Aqua Platinum Servicing attend on weekly visits to ensure the resident’s amenities are kept in the best condition and running at the highest water clarity.

The Peninsula Spa – billed as ‘a serene sanctuary for health and beauty pursuits’

We are delighted to share the recent developments at the 5-Star Luxury hotel, The Peninsula, also known as 1-5 Grosvenor Place. The tiling on the 25m hotel pool is now nearing completion with the resident’s 25m pool complete. We are working with our sister company, Aqua Platinum Tiling Contractors, who have shown true workmanship to deliver this high-end project. The tiles include a curve internal and external detail that has included difficult precision when being installed by our skilled craftsman.

Further to this, we’ve been given the chance to showcase our workmanship with the inclusion of four steam rooms, four saunas, and two ice dispenser features; all with their own individual concepts tailored to suit their surrounding environments at 1 – 5 Grosvenor Place. Works on the thermal wellness area will take place shortly and we look forward to bringing you future updates on the development of this site.

Another year of award-winning luxury pools by Aqua Platinum Projects.

We are delighted to announce Aqua Platinum Projects has scooped two awards at the UK’s biggest competition for water leisure, the UK Pool & Spa Awards.

As well as being crowned Pool Contractor of the Year for the second time in just two years we have also been awarded Luxury Pool of the Year, awarded for a private client project in London.

APP has a reputation for designing sumptuous pools, spas and wellness centres for hotels, residences and property developments across the UK.

These annual awards are the highest accolades in the industry, attracting hundreds of entries along with thousands of online votes each year, before being scrutinised by an independent judging panel.

Christina Connor, from the award organisers, said, “Despite strong competition, Aqua Platinum Projects stood out for the jury because they ticked all the boxes across project delivery. They scored top marks in design, with the judges commenting on the practicality of their outstanding-looking designs.

Here at Aqua Platinum Projects, we are delighted to announce a new era for the business and a leadership succession plan that sees Ryan Fronda step down from the role of Managing Director to become Group Founder. Dominic Searle, our Commercial Director, will take up the reins as our new Managing Director. Dom, as you will know, has a wealth of experience in our sector. He will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the entire company, implementing our strategy to continue growth in new markets, innovating and developing our growing team.

This allows Ryan to take a step back from the day-to-day running of the business and take more time working on the strategic direction of the Aqua Platinum brand group of four companies, Aqua Platinum Projects, Aqua Platinum Servicing Ltd, Aqua Platinum Tiling Contractors , and ONE by APP. Our exciting growth strategy gives us autonomy and complete control over the design, build, and delivery process for major projects across the UK.

The change in leadership follows a successful year during which we have continued to evolve the way that pool, spa, and wellness facilities are designed and delivered, culminating in winning Pool Contractor of the Year and Luxury Pool of the Year in the industry’s top awards.

Prestigious Mayfair 25m swimming pool development

Aqua Platinum Projects are delighted to be awarded the build contract for a multi-million-pound contract at the prestigious development in South Audley Street, 1 Mayfair. The project is located within the Mayfair Conservation Area and will see the development of a seven-story apartment block.

Aqua Platinum Projects have been instructed to design and build the luxurious 25m basement swimming pool for our client, Caudwell, who is one of the most prestigious luxury developers in the country. The internal space houses luxury residential accommodation and leisure facilities, a cinema, and basement parking levels.

This luxurious development will feature a state-of-the-art swimming pool and filtration equipment that will provide residents with a relaxing and rejuvenating space to unwind. The swimming pool will be designed to meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The pool will be constructed using the latest materials and techniques, ensuring that it is both durable and energy-efficient. Luxury residential amenities completed in the heart of East London

We are delighted to share the completion of the design and build of the resident’s amenities at the Coppermaker Square, residential development next to the prestigious Westfield Stratford City shopping centre.

The development will deliver a £650m Private Rented Sector (PRS) residential scheme, adjacent to one of the Group’s London flagship destinations, Westfield Stratford City. It will be one of London’s largest single-site PRS schemes.

Luxurious basement pool, spa, waterfall and wellness facilities

Aqua Platinum Projects are delighted to announce we have secured the build contract for a prestigious property on Avenue Road, St. John’s wood, following a successful design process.

The project will include a luxurious 13m basement swimming pool, complete with a spa at one end and waterfall the other. The project also boasts a beautiful bespoke sauna and steam room that will feature glazed frontage, a glazed partition, and curved ceilings.

We are working alongside HBA Residential, who are the interior designers and architects on the project; Priory, the M&E specialists; LXA, the project managing team and lastly Knowles Construction, a tier 1 main contractor we have worked with several times before, furthering an already strong relationship.

The Postmark Development

Aqua Platinum Projects are delighted to announce we have begun works at our latest luxury residential development in London. The Postmark development includes state-of-the-art amenities and a grand wellness centre. Working with one of the largest home construction companies in the UK, Taylor Wimpey plc to deliver this high-end residential scheme.

The wellness centre includes an 18-meter indoor freeboard swimming and bespoke spa, traditional sauna, steam room, and experience shower. The ultimate relaxation area for residents.

Postmark is a new district in the heart of one of London’s most exciting areas. Unfolding in four distinct phases on a 6-acre site in Farringdon, Postmark will be home to nearly 700 homes, over 20,000 square ft. of commercial space, and a host of new public spaces.

Parkside, Completed Project

A residential development based in Wimbledon, the project boasts a beautiful pool and spa combination.

The full width weir not only allows a stunning waterfall effect but behind the scenes allows both pools to be run on one filtration system. Aqua Platinum Projects also introduced an automatic slatted cover to offer the client thermal savings.

Nine Elms Parkside, Plot D

Aqua Platinum Tiling Contractors have successfully completed the Plot D pool and spa shell tiling at Nine Elms Parkside. The pool and spa are now ready to be handed over to Aqua Platinum Projects to commence fitting off and protection.

The modern rooftop pool, and spa which has been designed to be the social hub of the development. The Parkside project is a mixture of residential, retail, and commercial units and consists of two plots.
