Retirement Village

We have been building our ever-growing relationship with McLaren Construction, to build this luxury swimming pool complex with wellnes facilities within the basement of Audley Nightingale Place, a multi-million-pound retirement village in Clapham Common, London.

Construction started on the project in 2018 and is now ready for residents to move in and start enjoying the facilities. Formerly a 5 storey Metropolitan Police HQ ,the deluxe development includes a 14m basement swimming pool with a feature wall, two swim jet counter-current systems within the swimming pool. It also includes a luxurious spa which includes powerful massage jets and stations, a traditional sauna and a bespoke steam room that is finished in the highest quality mosaics. It really is the perfect place for residents to relax.
