Situated in the lively centre of London sits a Grade I listed building, originally designed by John Nash. The original facade will be demolished and replaced with new brickwork and stucco that accurately represents Nash’s design, whilst also restoring the character of the historic structure.
Four prestige residential apartments will be incorporated into the original infrastructure – the building will pose home to high-profile individuals and offer a luxurious leisure complex, complete with an indoor swimming pool, bespoke steam room and sauna for the ultimate relaxation experience.
Aqua Platinum were appointed as the main designers and contractors for this prestige location. The property’s spa and pool facilities boast an array of cool indoor lighting and plush furniture.
The pool hall includes an 18m free-board basement swimming pool, sunken spa with massage jets, traditional sauna and a bespoke steam room, to fit the initial designer’s artistic mind-set and to fall peacefully in sync with the listed buildings architecture. Large format tiles flow through the spa area to the pool floor, posing a chic finish to the entirety of the open space.
