Contract Announcement at Dovehouse Street

APP are delighted to announce that we will be continuing to build on our already sterling relationship with the premier global construction company Multiplex, through the appointment as the swimming pool design and build contractors for a new residential unit with extra-care facilities in the heart of Chelsea.

This luxury development was inspired by the Roosevelt Suite at the Beaumont Hotel in Mayfair, and will provide 55 high-quality extra-care units which cater for elderly residents. With the prices starting from £3m for a standard apartment to £11m for the penthouse, these apartments are set to be the height of sophistication.

APP have been working closely with PDP architects to design a beautiful level-deck LAP pool and vitality, which will boast the inclusion of a bespoke stainless-steel air bench and two reflexology massage stations.

In addition to these state-of-the-art pools, APP will be designing and constructing a salt sauna specialising in a halotherapy, involving breathing salt-infused air to further promote relaxation and rejuvenation.
